1. Who we are

OreNexus is operated by RenewEarth SL ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Spain with tax ID (N.I.F.) B26785923, with registered office at Paseo de Reding 43, 1º Izq, 29016 Málaga, Spain.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing or using OreNexus you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not own or have rights to use.
• Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property or applicable laws.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the platform.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

7. Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
