Code of conduct

Every employee, contractor and partner is expected to act honestly, treat others with respect, and avoid conflicts of interest. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination or retaliation.

Responsible AI

• We design AI features with human oversight and the ability to review and override outputs.
• We work to reduce bias and harmful outputs in our models and prompts.
• We disclose when content has been generated or assisted by AI.
• We respect creators' rights and provide tools to credit and license content properly.

Anti-bribery and corruption

We comply with the Spanish Criminal Code provisions on corporate criminal liability and all applicable anti-corruption laws. We do not offer or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper payments.

Sanctions and trade compliance

We comply with EU and applicable international sanctions. We do not provide services to individuals or entities prohibited by these regimes.

Modern slavery and human rights

We have zero tolerance for modern slavery or human trafficking in our operations or supply chain, in line with Spanish and EU human rights and labour standards.

Whistleblowing

Concerns about unethical or unlawful conduct can be reported confidentially to ethics@orenexus.com. Reports can be made anonymously and will not result in retaliation.
